# Room & Bathroom was not clean # Bedsheet, Blanket & Towel was also not clean # There was a lizard in the room Remarks - If not having any urgency, avoid staying at this hotel

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The rooms were unhygienic and poorly maintained. The food quality and taste were terrible. To make things worse, they tried to charge me for two dinners even though I had dinner only once — and the bill included several items I never ordered. The washrooms were extremely dirty and not cleaned properly. Definitely not recommended.

The customer service was excellent, and everything went smoothly. I’m very satisfied with the overall experience.

Gangwar ji I am very upset to see the conditions of your hotel. I have booked Two Rooms (MMT) in the name of Ajay Tripathi, Room No 215 & 217. Room No 217 was shifted to room no 214 due to AC issue and Broken Glass. I have raised (215) complaint more than 14 times for AC and ultimately again I was shifted to room no 206 at around 1.45 (Midnight) to room no 206. Is the facility and care taking of guests, really I am very upset. I have called you in the morning at 6.40 am twice and you have also not picked up the phone. I could have called you in midnight also, but as humanity I had not disturbed you. I will raise this issue for entire refund plus mental & physical torture in MMT and consumer forums for which you will be responsible. Regards Ajay Tripathi Vice President (Legal)

Good experience, neat and clean. Breakfast was good and staff behaviour was also good.

We planned the stay in this property twice this month. In the first instance, the room provided was not as per the room we booked. Then when we raised the issue, the room was changed to Royal Suite. Now there was a bad smell in the bathroom of this room and even was not cleaned properly. Next we stayed in the deluxe room and again the passage to the room was very untidy and the room was also not comfortable. Will not recommend this hotel in the future for family stay

No buffet breakfast is there. Air condition not working and there is no window also in room. Suffocated rooms

The service of this restaurant is good

They refused to serve breakfast or refund the money for it even though that was included in the price we paid. The flush wouldn’t work in the toilet so we had to change rooms. The rooms weren’t overly clean and we had to call a cleaner to clean it. The staff was unpleasant, unkept and unprofessional. Very very disappointing.

Room size was very small. The table was not present in room. Distance is more from main city staff behaviour was ok. No issue.

Pathetic services provided, very bad food, no one is responding here, very few options available in breakfast, need refund

Staff are polite, clean and steady room. Best part is food is excellent.

The hotel couldn't provide basic facilities like toilet paper, tissues forget about the rest. Though it was clean and hygiene stay and food was good.
