Very comfortable stay for family and also couple, excellent destination, there are lots of facilities available im hotel. There is also park, where we can go anytime

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown pathankot.

Staff is good and polite but lift not working so have to use stairs for 3 rd floor it’s pain full and rooms are very small

Earlier they had shown 2 categories of rooms but when they got to know that booking is from makemytrip, they downgraded the room. Water supply isn’t 24 hours. Please refund my cost. It was a terrible experience

So when we checked-in to the room in park street hotel, we found that the washroom door was transparent in color and person could see inside out easily. I enquired about the same in the reception area and then got to know that it’s only me who has complained and others usually appreciate that color of washroom door. In my door, it was just opposite my bed only, so the view was not what i wished to have. Also, upon opening the water tap, there was another outlet at the top from where water was pouring down. Overall, it was an average experience and i would not recommend highly of this hotel to be honest.

This place is extremely unhygienic, filthy and stinky the sheets are used and not fresh. Bathroom is terrible and disgusting the services, the staff and the entire location is a big big no would not recommend even if it is free

The guy who runs this place runs it unprofessionally, luckily on arrival i asked if hot water is available 24 hrs as i plan to leave early morning the reply was l " aare aapko garam pani lageka kya. Then, i went for food and the same guy who carried my luggage says dal chawal hai. Fresh subah banayya hain.

Hotel park street cancel-led our booking without our knowledge, payment was also done in advance.

Hotel park street cancel-led our booking and we came to know that when we called them to inform about our delay in checkin. Payment was already done at time of booking. Due to cancellation, we were worried to get the hotel late at night. However makemytrip team arranged another nearby good hotel immediately. Thank to makemytrip team for immediate rearrangement.
