Very accessible location, hassle free accommodation, considerate & helpful staff. Couldn't have asked for more for this 3 nights booking at this price. My delhi stay was meaningful.

I am a regular guest to this wonderful hotel for over 25 years. Well maintained room, nice and helpful staff. Always looking for constant improvement in their services. Superb location and close to Karol Bagh metro.

Very cooperative staff, specially reception. Best rooms, not violation, very silence and neat and clean rooms. Owner is ready help us every time. Place, market, street food easily available. No risk no worry in this hotel. It's best hotel for business travel, also you can stay with family without worries.

It's located conveniently in the Karol baug market and very near to metro station, good service, good food, clean and decent rooms, especially pink suit. The only negative point is that there is no lift, hence big and heavy sized persons may dislike, but then it helps to burn your calories and reduce weight. Would love to stay there whenever I am in Delhi.

Booking done at hotel park view. But for some reasons, the hotel was oversold. Mr chadda owner accommodated me at adjacent hotel classic. However hotel classic is notches below to park view when it comes to services. Practical decision to stay at this place.

Park View has been always a preferred destination for me during my Delhi trips since last over 15 years. Intimate personal care and touch attracts me here. Cleanliness, Hygiene and care is really good. However, what I noticed during last few years is the casual approach by housekeeping staff, their lack of courtesy and vague response, perhaps due to less engagement of the owner Mr Vikram Chaddha in day to day affairs which he used to ensure in the past. Also the rooms, especially the bathrooms need total makeover to be in the race with other good hotels. I had to change to Room 304 since the bathroom fittings of Room 104 were not working properly. Poorest maintenance was visible. Still those antique basins, WC, buckets and showers is not something what is expected from such a personalised hotel. Hot water was not flowing on 29th evening and 30th morning. But I didn't informed them for I could manage with cold water. Although they are working to put up a lift, yet they need to go for a complete make over phase wise for a contemporary touch to every aspect. I sincerely hope that Park View will come up to these expectations. I am looking forward to give it fullest rating no sooner these things improve.
