Hotel staff was very polite and with good manner .. however the fan of the room which they alloted me was not working .. but on my request they changed my room and upgraded my room with no extra charges .. overall it was a good experience staying at Hotel Parkash

Booked hotel for 2 days. Place was clean, staff was so nice that even after booking for a Non-AC room I got an AC room for stay. Room service was spot on whenever I asked and most important more affordable for my pocket. I got clean room, clean bed and warm water for morning on time. All in all, after my Mata vaishno yatra, this place got me all comfort before I go to my home. So excellent stay for me.

We stayed for family trip and booked family room 4 bed and 3 bed rooms in nov'24. Both rooms were clean and spacious. Bathrooms were clean and having hot water. Staff was courteous and service was good. Hotel food was good and there id bhojnalay across the street as well.

Hotel is near to starting path of Vaishnodevi path. Also hotel is very good and affordable. Rooms are good and clean.

If u r planning for vaishno devi visit then u have to start from ban ganga i. E hotels location. And it's good in budget but service is concerned
