I'm a hotelier from goa i have booked this property for my family friend and as per my friend the stay in this property was very comfortable. The greenery of the hotel is feels like a zero pollution zone in the middle of the city. The room we booked is an executive room, the room size is a little bit small but it's very comfortable and cozy, the cleanliness of the room and the ambience is up to the mark. Though the property was fully booked on that day but on asking the reception showed us other higher category rooms too and the rooms are seriously well maintained and clean. This property seems like a budget friendly boutique hotel with nature friendly atmosphere. Extremely recommendable property.

The hotel is located at prime location and it is equipped with basic facilities. Good for family to stay.

It was very claustrophobic and uncomfortable. No ventilation in the room. Morning tea the hotel keeps very old tea bags and milk powder pouches, which smells of naphthalene. They are health hazard and should black listed only for this. Service poor, the staff barring just one, who has just joined, says no to everything. I could not decode this bizarre psychology.

Everything was good except the staff. Staff was way too ignorant. Waited for 20 minutes as the manager didn't know what make my trip is. They got a phone call from MMT but then also they were not satisfied and made us wait for 20 minutes

Terrible Stay

There is no kitchen for dinner, breakfast as well as morning tea rooms are very old need to be renovate the hotel, garden is satisfactory i can't recommend this place to any one for stay.
