Given room initially was filled with cigarette ash and it's waste. After informing them they have changed to another room. No soap, towel provided. Hot water is also not available 24x7.

Dirty bedsheets and blankets were not clean. Yellowish dirty pillows were there. Cleanliness is not maintained

The bedsheets were dirty and there were bed bugs which haunted us whole night. I gave 2 stars because i left my ear-pod there and went back after an hour and they handed it over to me with honesty
