* Staff is very nice and cooperative. * Rooms are good and well maintained * Intercom telephones have a lot of disturbance in almost all rooms. * WI-FI and internet not working at all * Bathrooms and not maintained well,specially showers and very slow in almost all rooms. *Room service is really good

The hotel is stationed in the inner lane and the main entrance is always obstacles with the vehicles. Reception was very poor. Hospitality and the room service was below par with comparison to the rates charged.

The hotel is clean and conveniently located. The staff were courteous and helpful. But the bathroom was very small and difficult to use. The electricity supply was dual controlled. When the room key was removed from the socket while going out, the supply is cut off, this is okay. But the supply is also cut off by the reception staff which is unnecessary and which creates difficulty. We had to grope in the dark to find the telephone set and to call the reception to switch on. There was no dining facility. This facility would have made the stay more convenient.

Not a bad deal but it should be better deal, in my personal perspective I will say that the hotel is in a good location, however things can be improved by customer support and cleanliness, so that the customer get attracted towards the hotel.

Washrooms could have been cleaner. Rest of the things were good. The AC cooled well. The room was neat and clean and food was also good.

Service was very bad. Hotel manager was was arrogant and not co-operating. Though I have booked on line but they were telling no room is vacant. No formality for checking and checkout. No identity they asked. I will not suggest anybody for the hotel.

Please do not stay here they told us for rooms with full space but in actual they do not have space in their room rooms are so short and bathroom is also not good. Cable is not working there are no any good things for this hotel please do not go there for stay.

We got pathetic stinking rooms ,than after two hours of struggle n heated argument , finally got a better room. Only luxury rooms are stable, deluxe n standard suck. Avoid advance booking for these hotel, a direct check will be better option.

Food was not available, location was too bad. staff was worse no one was helpful, they even turned the room power off from the main power point after complaining 4-5 times the switched it on. I don't want to visit this hotel again in my life time, won't recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. "worst hotel i have ever been to"
