I have check-in at around 6 pm. They have ample time to check and clean the rooms but they didn't. Although it was a good experience overall. Still some reviews on specific areas are food: tasty with good quality, but slightly smaller portions. Staff: polite and helpful in their behavior. Amenities: geyser had issues, ac and lighting were good. Hygiene: room cleanliness could be improved; they changed bedsheets upon request. Tables and cupboards were not thoroughly clean. Suggestion: the hotel should ensure room readiness before guest arrival. Overall: a pleasant experience overall. Convenient location with many nearby outlets (pizza hut, domino's, small cafes, and showrooms.

Hotel is near to railway station, in main market. Rooms are good, clean, spacios, well maintained. Staff behavior is good. Also having competitive cost.

The Hotel is situated just 1-1.5 kms from Railway station and in the heart of the city with all necessities at walking distance. Hotel rooms are spacious enough and toilets are clean. Electric kettle was provided on request. Overall good experience.
