Poor Stay
1. Door lock was not working I had to call reception for opening the door whenever I came from our. 2. The basin had a leakage. While water was flowing in the bathroom making it very messy.

Pathetic and Very unhygienic
worst hotel to stay . very unhygienic. cockroaches were roaming in room . pillow cover were very dirty . room was stinking. no proper staff to handle . in this covid comeback news i didn't stay in that hotel due to very unhygienic place . I had asked for the refund for the same and called make my Trip and shared pillow photo . hotel disagreed to give refund back . pathetic hotel . dont ever book this hotel

Location is okay, room was good too. They did not provide any dental kit or shaving kit. The liquid soap dispenser also looked suspicious. Intercom wasn’t working, had to go to the reception physically everytime to get what I wanted. Room cleaning wasn’t done everyday by default, had to tell them whenever I wanted the room cleaned. The staff was helpful and polite.

No proper cleaning, cockroaches were roaming in the room, no proper water tape slow water flow, tv was not working, despite informing at reception no one fixed the issue.

Hygiene conditions are terrible. Staff was good
We booked two rooms for four days. The hygiene conditions of the rooms are terrible. We met with a lot cockroaches during our stay.

Hotel does not have kitchen, breakfast is to be taken from outside hotel. Staff is ok, but everyday need to remind for towels, tea bag packs etc. Hotel needs proper maintenance.

Terrible Stay
It was a very dirty hotel, linen, towels all were pale in colour and not cleaned properly, the bathroom was also dirty, not having its own restaurant but a nearby hotel provided very limited food items also very very poor room service.
