i found this property in make my trip , good service support from hotel management

location ok. but room not clean. dirty toilet and bathroom. bed not. Mosquito disturbing at night time

This place was beyond filthy—grimy taps, dust-caked windows, and a bathroom that looked abandoned for decades. The worst part: a full-blown bed bug infestation that turned our night into a sleepless battle. We left covered in bites and headed straight to a doctor. If you value cleanliness, comfort, or sanity—avoid at all costs.

It was a decent stay! Not very good ! Not very bad! Staff was friendly. Room was clean !! The only thing that I didn’t like was the location.. especially the street where the hotel is not very pleasing to eyes..

The hotel is located opposite a liquor shop. Also, we had to face the problem of water running out in the hotel early in the morning, due to which I had to come down from my room twice and I was also late in going to the temple.

Stay is very comfortable as the location is very colse to railway Station and also to Meenakshamma Temple.

Staffs are very comfortable and well behaved, Hospitality has to be appreciated. They have provided good services

Good budget hotel, nearest to the Meenakshi Amman Temple. Good service. Service boy brings food to the room. AC functions well. I'm sharing the Pic of the roof, which is well painted with cosmic scenes. Travel desk is available at the reception which will arrange vehicle to various places around Madurai.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. The rooms were filthy, with dust and stains everywhere. The housekeeping was clearly not doing their job, as the bed linens didn’t seem fresh, and the bathroom was in an unhygienic condition. To make things worse, the staff was completely inattentive and unresponsive. Any request for cleaning or basic assistance was either ignored or delayed. It felt like they didn’t care about the guests at all. The worst part? Bed bugs/insects in the mattress at night! I woke up with bites and had an extremely uncomfortable sleep. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. If you value cleanliness, comfort, and good service, avoid this place at all costs.

They didn’t provide water soap or towels. Also when I was going to check out 3 staffs got surrounded me and asking me for cleaning charges as I refused to give them money then they started asking me for tea and snacks.
