Hotel breakfast and view is amazing. It was clean room and hospitality was amazing. The property has sufficient parking spot.

The stay at hotel phoenix was wonderful. The food was good and the staff was courteous. The hotel was comfortable and the view from the hotel was exquisite. The booking experience via makemytrip was seamless. Thank you for making our trip memorable.

Our check in time was 12 pm but as our train arrived early in the morning, the hotel allowed us to check in at 8 pm. Also the reception guy was very supportive he has arranged a cab for us as well. Room and bathroom was clean.

The location of the hotel is although a bit awkward but its staff behaviour, support system, excellent rooms and buffet breakfast compensates for it

Beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Approach road of hotel needs to be reformed for better convienance

It was nice and beautiful hotel with good view of valley. The food was also good. I loved the hotel. Only the check in time is too late as 2 pm.

Amazing view..I stayed here for 4 nights..my experience is full of fun and luxury. Breathtaking view from room….At night it’s aerial view from my room full of twinkling lights. Very good quality service ..Worth of money spent.
