Hotel is situated in a good location. Its near to railway station. Hotel provides average facilities to customers.

Overall good budget hotel but require lots of improvisation in aspect of hotel services

Hotel is good, personnels are also humble but room services are poor. Average delay of getting asked service is 1 hr

The first room that was allotted to me did not have a window. How can you have a hotel room without a window, so what if it has an air conditioner. A bottle of water was provided. Upon inspecting I found it to be ordinary tap water and not mineral water. Secondly, the hotel ran out of soap. They provided me with two sachets of shampoo for bathing and washing hands. The towel was filthy. The pillows were dirty. There were insects on the bed and the bathroom. The television was useless as they had only subscribed free channels. The only positive part was the wifi. The speed was superb. In short, it was a poor experience for me. I would prefer not to stay there even it comes for a cheap price.

From the time I entered the room, the TV channels were not coming, it was inactive. I called twice, they didn't fixed it on 3rd time, they send some people but he wasn't able to fix. He was saying you have to carry on like this. We have just recharged today.

Fishy place

They denied my reservation saying that they don't have tie-up with mmt. However mm t organised my stay at other place. I was sitting in lobby area for more 30 min and observed fishy activities. Police should raid this place regularly
