The stay was amazing with a top notch food. A recommended one for sure. The only thing was the road was a bit scary to reach the hotel premises. Needs careful driving.

The tree canopies around the hotel make a beautiful visual. As you wake up and open your curtains, it's as if you are nested in the trees. I particularly enjoyed the range of guests that were there. There was space for everyone. From a group of friends enjoying a dance around the bonfire to families that i imagined were traveling for a pilgrim and vacation, and to us, a bunch of friends with a little kid. The hotel is new, and the staff was willing to cater to our needs. I feel confident that this is the best stay at patnitop and as they continue to grow, it will only get better with each visit.

We celebrated our anniversary at pine heritage in patnitop recently. It's at a lovely location castled between pine trees with a scenic view from each room. Each room has an attached sit out area for chilling. The staff was extremely welcoming and very helpful as we traveled with a child. They also arranged a born fire for us in the outside lawn which made the evening extra special for us. Foe those visitng patnitop and surrounding areas, i would highly recommend a stay at pine heritage

I had an excellent experience during my stay at. From the moment i arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and efficient. Check-in was quick. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and had a stunning view.

Very nice hotel with good vibes and good people. Specially, the help here named ravi was so kind and so helpful to us during the whole stay. Everyone is so kind and they really take care of the guests. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Finally a wonderful new much needed property in a serene quiet area away from the hustle and bustle yet in the centre of patnitop. Amazing ambience, courteous staff. The chef was indeed good.

Amazing new property with a scenic forest location with fresh rooms that were arranged thoughtfully. The lawn is very spacious with pine tree forest on one side. Having outdoor lunch in the sunlight added to the wholesome experience. It gets lit up in the evening with beautiful lights and mellow music. Had a great, peaceful 3 day vacation with my family. Will definitely be coming back again soon.

Very nice stay at the pink heritage. Property is well furnished and location of property is well located. Staff is very cooperative and food quality is very delicious. Location of property is well located and mountain view from the property is seen very realistic. Owner of the property mr. Deepak is very good man and helpful person

The property is very new and in between the pine trees, very cam and refreshing environment, the staff was good deepak sharma took care of us very well, rooms were spacious and view is awesome, the lawn is very beautiful, nice place to chill out with friends and family,

One of the best property in patnitop, newly build with imaging forest view, the location of hotel is so nice, i really enjoyed my stay. A luxury hotel just 300 metres from centre of patnitop
