Regarding the Hotel and it's Amenities, there's no question about it, it's one of the Best 5* Hotels I have ever been... The Best part I liked there was the Behaviour and Co-operation of the Staffs, who not only assisted us at the time of stay arranged the travel part in reasonable rate for sightseeing, food etc. but also guided and helped properly even after we checked out for departure to our second destination and faced a transport problem on the way... This reflects that Hotel Pineridge and their Employees Believes in establishing a Long-Term Bonding with their Clients and not just make business, like many hotels do. The location of the hotel pine-ridge is very good. It's very close to the mall. Hospitality was very good. Management was very cooperative they even rescheduled our stay without extra charges. It is budget friendly.

Nice experience but lack of room maintenance observed. Room locking handle found broken, lack of towel etc. Please, rectify.

A heritage hotel with antique furnitures, nice garden. It is very close to mall, u can walk as many times to mall from this location. Glenarys is also walking distance. We are lucky to have kanchenjungha view from hotel room, also fortunate to witness bonfire and sweet local songs sung by hotel staffs only. We arrived late night, but mr. Gopal ( staff) arranged for our dinner. A bit expensive, but if nice place to stay if you want to feel the mall area.

I am spellbound by the view from the room. Very old furniture gives you antique feel from british era. The location of the hotel is very prime, very close to the mall, so it is good for people who can't walk much. The staff is good but the service can be better. The geyser did not remain on. Every time we had to call the reception or the staff to turn on the geyser. Apart from that, there is no other problem. Overall experience is good.

Pine-ridge indeed right at the mall road and hence the location is supreme i would say. All the hyped restaurants like glenary's, caventers are within 2 mins walk. Now about the hotel, although the hotel is an old property but well maintained. Rooms are neat & clean and have a great view of the mountains. Some of the rooms have the mall side view as well if u want that to have. They also have the nice mini garden at the backyard which i really liked. All in all it was a superb experience and i would definitely recommend pine-ridge for everyone since it's a value for money staying there.

We were two families staying in two adjacent room. It was a pleasant experience. The hotel is little oldish. But quite well maintained.

my trip to Darjeeling had to do with a lot many things. It wasn't just about Chowratsa and the tiger hill but about the people, about the flora and fauna, about the terrain and climate, about the pre-independence aura and the way the place has metamorphosed post independence and my experience wouldn't have been this cherished had it not been the time spent at the pine ridge. It is surely one of the finest hotels I have ever stayed. A must visit for sure. The location, the architecture, the long corridors. It was more than I could have asked for.

It was a complete value for money package for me. Hotel was excellent and our stay was comfortable. The location was too beautiful weather was too good. The view felt like heaven and I suggest all people to visit, even I am going to visit for the second time for sure.

Location of the hotel is excellent. Building is very old. All facilities are available there. I found this hotel not too costly, a good value for money. If I travel to Darjeeling, I would like to stay in the same hotel. People over there is very kind and helpful.

Room was above okay. My room was just beside the mall fountain. Newly painted room with antique furniture. Staff are helpful. No toiletries provided. Average in terms cleanliness. Overall, it is good to stay here.

After getting so much negative review still I choose Pineridge.And i am totally satisfied! Well decorated room (British heritage decoration)with basic amenities.rooms are spacious and clean…geyser work properly.And the view from our room i can’t explain ❤️staffs are so polite and helpful.thanks MMT.thanks Pineridge.

I've booked this hotel in spite of many negative reviews on google, because i like to take risks, location of the place is very convenient who want to stay near mall. They have a restaurant called fiesta with moderately high prices and limited choices, so we preferred food from nearby restaurants as we liked. Amenities include 24*7 running water and electricity. Plug points are limited and they don't provide kettle in the room. The furniture and furnishings are very old and need cleaning or replacement. The staff assured us that they are working on it. Bed and bedsheets etc. Were comfortable. On the whole, we passed three days without any major inconvenience, because we brought our own kettle, iron etc. Staff was quite helpful, contrary to earlier reviews. And yes, there was no ghosts, we've been given a guided tour of the place, which consists of interesting basements, hidden staircases and quirky corridors. Most of the property is unused, and the refurbishment is ongoing.

Location is excellent there are lots of restaurant in and around the hotel. Rooms are quite big with all amenities except there are no cupboard to keep the clothes. A few more chair in the room is also recommended.
