Comfortable stay
familyVery good and comfortable stay, rooms are very neat & clean, staff is very friendly. You can give food order to them same is called in 15 mins

Nice place to stay
The place is clean and the staff is helpul. Only one suggestion to have full generator backup as soon as there is any light outage.

Hotel was not clean
There is lots of mosquitoes in rooms, no service and bed sheet was not clean and also room is very small, con-jested rooms

Dear sir, Thank you for your review, You can calling to reception and told what is your problem. Unnecessary why you face that, kind for your Information at that time myself on duty (Mr. Sachin Ganorkar) you can share with me. You known very well our room size, you already checked when you booking online, our rooms size are 13×12 and washrooms size are 7×5 that totally detailes are maintained in online. Worse room dimention and very small size, no kitchen service.
In spite of high payment and for extra bed the room size was too small not at all recomnded for three person. After putting extra bed no space to move in room even usage of toilet was to travel stepping extra bed person. No kitchen service not even tea was avalable. Owener was not supportive at all. Even he suggected me to give strong rewiew for my experience.

Poor Stay
The rooms are very small with little ventillation. As there is no i house restaurant the service is slow. The bedsheet and towels though washed were frayed at the ends and had holes. The bath room was absolutely basic and the soaps were missing and the shower liquid was non standard. Consider it expensive for the price paid.

Good option to stay in shegaon
familyHotel is very much near to shegaon railway station. Convenient to those who travel by train. Rooms are ok. It takes hardly 50 rupees by rickshaw to reach shegaon mandir from hotel. Overall good experience. Only hotel should allow morning check in as majority trains reach in morning from pune mumbai to shegaon.

Terrible Stay
Very worst experience, no brush no soap i have included breakfast but it is also taken from somewhere else.

Thank you so much for your review. Res.Sir, your booking is for std. Room. Std. Rooms facilities are handwash, liquid soap, etc. Toothpaste also provide you (myself) Manager (Vijay Shinde. If you want more than facilities for you want booked a vip categories rooms for other facilities. Kind for your Information our restaurant is other side building, not a attached in hotel building. Thank you.

Not worth the money.
Stayed for one day. Property location is good not worth the money paid. Hot water supply interrupted.

familyThe location is convenient for visiting the temple. Food is not served in this hotel. You need to go at least 2 km. For a good restaurant. Amenities in the room serve the purpose well. The staff is courteous and well behaved.

Ok place but too costly
We visited last Saturday place is ok but for a room is way costly if you stay in shegaon trust room it will cost and the atmosphere is good there but on weekend when its crowdy hotel chrage 4 times and there is no food inside or nearby you have to walk 1. 5 km to get food options

Thank you so much for you review. Your always welcome to our hotel. Res. Ma'am this is private hotel not a trustee's. Bhakt niwas. So you could not compare to them for room rent. They are not paid any taxes, MMT commission and Gst, Tcs also.

Path-ethic experience
coupleNote a suggested stay for any1, room hygiene is not good, washroom is not cleaned. Rate charged is very high for facility provided. You need to really fight hard to ask things from reception. When we asked to give extra towel, person really cribbed and showed up with words saying hotel doesnt give n in photo soap toothpaste is shown, but nothing is given when you order food room service, they charge unnecessary service charge which hotel person force you to pay.

Respected sir I thank you for choosing our hotel sir your check in time was 12:00 p.m. in afternoon but you arrived at our hotel at 7:30 a.m. in morning without giving us any information about it we told you that your check in time is 12:00 p.m. but on your request we gave you the room at 8:00 a.m. on minimum charges . You informed us that you where going to check out on the same day you arrived . We gave you 2 towels and 2 napkins . Every rooms facility have a limitation and you were not trying to understand it . My name is Sachin and I was the person who attended you . If you check the guest review you will find that in many reviews my name is written . And customer write about me that I am a caring and a friendly person I am always ready to help them in any possible way i can . If you read our reviews you will find that 10 out of 10 peoples are very happy about our cleaniness I think you don't know that reputed hotels provide body wash instead of soup and hand wash is also available there with that . Through you I would like to tell every other customer that we provide you the service on the basis of which type of category room you choose
