Hotel owner could have the behaved more professionally,stay was good

The hotel room does not resemble what you show the t ripple bedded room was cramped without any ventilation the owner/ manager was reluctant to accommodate our accompanying driver and misbehaved with him breakfast menu was very limited, but not mentioned your hotel overview i have stayed here and would not recommend anyone to stay here

Ishwar has all the hospitality skills you would look for in a staff working at a hotel. He went out of his way to ensure we felt comfortable and satisfied. The roof top experience was fantastic and so was the espresso. The room is fine; nothing exceptional, but given the price it’s superb. I wish they hadn’t charged us for ordering espresso for breakfast, which was included in our booking.

It is a nice place to stay, all the monuments like fort and patva ki haveli are nearby places and very much approachable by walk only. Hotel food and rooms are well maintained, and overall an excellent stay,

Basically hotel was so clean and hygiene and room and washroom was so good, roof top dinning system was so good am glad to choose this hotel. Overall i love the hotel and staying was so good nothing more to share because all is good

Rooms are excellent, staff very helpful and supportive, cleanliness is top notch. Restaurant is very good with good options and a very beautiful seating area. Location is also very accessible and convenient. I highly recommend this place for family trips.

The main problem is that payments cannot be made by credit cards. Received no receipt for the payments made. They arrange transport for the local sightseeing but do not verify the driver. After reaching half the way, the driver says he has fever for the past 2 days. This is a major concern. The building has no elevator which is a drawback. There is no geyser. It is solely depend-ant on solar heater. Only good point is the roof which gives a good view of the palace and the surrounding area. The cushions in the roof top restaurant are not maintained. The food is good and very prompt.

Hotel located in a peaceful area. I traveled with my wife. Room was good. Staff behavior, service everything was great. Food was tasty. I will recommend this Hotel to everyone. It was a true value for money stay.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff is very service oriented and customer focussed. Rooms are nice, neat, clean, and well furnished with all required amenities. This hotel does not have lift, bathtub, swimming pool, garden, and room service but they make it very clear on their website. Staff is non intrusive and is ready to help, Only if you ask for help. As children are not welcome (most rooms can not accommodate more than 2 people), it is very quiet. Food is non oily, non spicy since it mainly caters to western visitors. Wireless network is good as routers are on each floor. Around 4 rooms per floor and Only 3 floors. Restaurant is on roof top without a lift. Scenic views from rooftop restaurant. Hotel is in walking distance from shopping area as well as many attractions like Jaisalmer Fort, many old Havelis etc. We enjoyed walking around in small lanes of Jaisalmer. Hotel would arrange for trips to various attractions (by car, auto, jeep, etc) but would not hard sell you those trips. All in all, very pleasant stay if you enjoy cleanliness and calm around you.

The room was very nice and beautiful. The bathroom was very clean. The rooftop restaurant is excellent with an amazing view of the Fort. Hotel staff is really helpful.
