actually the telephone connection is not working there is no geezer in the room for hot water we have to go to the reception and ask for hot water in this winter season at least priority is hot water for everyone.

Room cleaning is very poor and staff don't know online booking proses I come in hotel for chek in manager told me payment deposit here I say I already payment to MMT his say I don't know your booking payment here after all His talk her owner of hotel and provide me room. Please all of you don't take food because food quality is not good.

Hotel complete ceiling (roof) fell on me, see pictures, I escaped near death, there were bruise all over my body, but the owner did not have courtesy to visit me, I will definitely take the hotel to court for damages
