clean n neat hotel. location is excellent, very near to market. Food quality is excellent only minor issue of car parking on road

Pathetic reviews ,insects found ,fan not working and sound in the fan unable to sleep whole might , dirty rooms ,foul smell ,broken kettle no hot water ,broken table

Hotel service and conditions was good , but the reception behaviour at the time of check out was not good , when i ask one of housekeeper please help to reach at my destination of bus stand , the reception said don't go in the hotel so many work here . very disappointed about the receptionist behaviour. suggestion to hotel owner take action on it

Property location is very near to market entrance from petrol pump. paid food food from poonam restaurant. good amenities. good shower with hot water best. A little bit of staff behaviour is not like. but overall good for stay

Hotel Poonam is located in the heart of Mahabaleshwar. We are all 16 members and our group stayed in 8 Rooms in the Hotel for one day. *We booked All these 8 Rooms through Make My Trip App.* All the Rooms provided to us are near and tidy. The facilities provided are good and the staff are cooperative and polite. Rooms are at an affordable price. The only minus point is it has no Parking Place. Overall, we had a comfortable stay in the hotel and we recommend this hotel to others.

hotel is ok . But room usable materials dirty n too old like floor mat , cup , electric cattle . Hot water available only7am to 10 am . hv to get hot water at useable time evening also .

The location of the property in Mahabaleshwar is good, but the overall experience for Mahabaleshwar stay is not satisfactory

The property location is excellent. Just on the heart of Mahabaleshwar, Poonam Chawk. We stayed in executive rooms with balcony. Room was quite spacious with king size bed, tv, electric kettle, sofa cum bed and bathroom was also quite spacious and clean. Service was prompt when we asked for room clean or bed sheet change. However, maintainance could be better. Cushion cover, sofa cum bed was not clean and they don't have better covers/linen. Room was little stinky initially but they provided room freshner. They have veg restaurant adjacent to the property, breakfast there was really tasty. Overall I liked the place, property and surroundings.

Hotel Poonam @Mahableshwar, i stay 3 days. The room is vey clean and The hotel staff was good and cooperative.... and the most important thing is that the breakfast and meals at the hotel were extremely delicious I would suggest everyone that if you are going to Mahabaleshwar, book Hotel Poonam.

very nice stay, good location, nice food amenities n staff services, Also near to local Bazar n Govt bust Depot n Taxi stand.

Not good to stay no view they keep calling u by 9 am to check out ppl are on vacation atleast checkout should be 11 am plus at night they dont hav generator its dark no fan no ac think twice to book

It was a poor experience for me , the room was very small and the bathroom was not up to the mark. Food was not that great, room service was poor, the location of the hotel was good because of which we considered this one for our stay. Not recommended.
