We'll behave staff, room are clean but there is only on issues it's humming sound of chimney, otherwise everything is great.

It was a comfortable stay at hotel poonam plaza, the reception was so pleasant and polite and other staff behaved was so good, and food was so tasty and delicious, room cleaning so good and hygienic. Over all stay was excellent

It was a comfortable stay at hotel poonam plaza on 2nd august 2023. The reception was pleasant and the other staff behaved in a polite and decent manner. The hotel is located at a convenience place near and there is space for parking. However, the hotel management needs to ensure proper functioning of the tv and the intercom facilities.

Rooms are quite good but not maintained, geyser is not working, dental kit provided but quality of brush is not good breakfast and dinner is delicious overall hotel is good located at near by dayal bagh temple
