The grounds of this property were just gorgeous, and beautifully maintained. The staff were warm and welcoming, and willing to go extra to make sure your service is superb. The rooms were the best for sure without a doubt and you can expect to sleep really well after a day.

Comfortable stay

One of the best hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with lovely king size bed. Lots of lovely staff looking after you with no causes for complaint. I had an amazing experience of people's hospitality. Excellent hotel with very cooperative staff with very efficient services.

Good hotel to stay

Good hotel for stay, very near to airport, just opposite of Indira Gandhi international airport. It is near to terminal 3, 10 minutes walking distance from airport metro station. So having no tention night stay in this hotels.

Spacious Rooms Food was great friendly staff good location near to airport I was alone and the hotel staff I found was good and I was feeling safe, airport transfer was smooth from hotel taxi, they also have a spa which I found excellent and I was all relaxed.

Not a good stay

Bathroom lock was broken, No Blunket, they managed their sofa cum bed for extra bed but I think atleast two double bed expected to provide. Food is too much costly and too much sound pollution from the road. Sleeping was not to good. Room was big, spacious, there is one large TV and one fridge is provided which is good. But the best part is they provide one free vehicle for airport drop which is complimentary and very much helpful for us..

We had a fantastic stay and I would love to be back there again. Hotel staff were very professional, polite and courteous. Check in was smooth and easy as our check out. Rooms were neat and clean. Service provide by staff was commendable.

Overall thank hai. Loved the hotel, staff were great, restaurant was fantastic, food fabulous and with a nice quiet buzz. We had a misunderstanding with the original booking with our room and the receptionist was more than helpful, just fabulous. Would definitely return.

Untidy and low level hotel

Not a good experience. Hotel is very untidy and rooms are also stinking bad smell from blankets even in some rooms phone is also not available area is good as it is near to airport but I must say in 800 rs you will get only this

Charged extra for items we didn't order and the place is excellent on the main road. Room is descent enough but not extraordinary. Food is not that great everything tasted bland. It's near to the airport and is good for just one night not more than that

Decent hotel near to IGI Airport

Decent hotel for the budget price. Main advantage is the location. Central Mahipalpur, well-connected to Metro and Bus services. Rooms are decent but service could have been a bit better. WiFi service is available but reception is poor. All in all, if you aren't fussy about the ambiance and want a decent single night stay near to IGI Airport, consider this place.

It was average - room and bathroom quite dirty. We asked them to change the sheets and they did that quickly. Room service breakfast pretty good. Good price through make my trip - recommend waiting for last minute deals

It looks decent from outside and situated on the main road just outside domestic airport. Apart from that everything sucks. Rooms look dull. Not properly maintained. We booked for family suite but they only provided one bed. Room Service is pathetic. Don't stay with family.

No cleanliness

No cleanliness. Dirty bedsheets, blankets and towels. No pillow cover and bathroom was stinking. Food was not good but yet very costly. Room service was also not satisfactory

Poor quality hotel

The hotel is very poor quality in service and dirty room provided with torn towels and bedsheet. Not recommendable for family stay.
This hotel is not good enough for family stay. All bed sheets are torn out with dirty, towels weekend provided in torn out and bad quality.

Worst hotel in Delhi

Location is good but the hotel is a big messed up. Not even a single thing was satisfactory, room messy, toiletries messy. Room was so small that you can't even manage to move, even they don't provide water bottles, it was paid service. Guys don't go for this hotel.

Room was nothing like they showed in the photos. Room looked like it wasn't cleaned. No dustbin. Didn't feel like using their bathroom. Tv remote wasn't working. Lucky that I had to stay only for 2hrs. Will never opt for this hotel again!
