Terrible Stay
very bad hotel , unhygenic . bedsheets were torn , toilets are very dirty . tv was not working . geyzer not working . tea kettle not available in rooms.

very bad room smell and no TV and then toilet seat is loose. After that in morning i paid only for breakfast but they refused to provide second item. No buffet. In the last after hot conversation they provided but time has taken one hr.

Pathetic front desk experience : we booked our stay for 2 days. On the second day, the manager came to our room and asked us to shift to another hotel. We compromised and went to see the property however it was a downgrade to a low star category hotel with small rooms and an unmaintained bathroom. We declined respectfully but the manager continued to pressurise us to move. Room hygiene : dirty-stained bedsheets, smelly blankets, black water in taps and an automatic ac switch off timer just made the stay even more unpleasant. Food: the only good thing- non oily and delicious food. Room service was also quick in delivering food and water.
