Small rooms, not maintained well. Food is average. Limited breakfast spread. Location is not convenient. Staff are courteous, though.

Superb Hospitality and well taken care by team, also they gave me early check in and also they gave me evening additional 3 hours stay

Though it was a short stay of one day, the Reception and other staff were extremely courteous and prompt. Enjoyed the stay. Commodore T I Punnen.

Good stay in a budget stay, also located in a good location. Breakfast also was good with limited menu.

We chose this hotel as it was very close proximity to the venue where my daughter was performing bharatnatyam Food not that good Hotel staff is good but still better maintenance reqd suggested to manager while checking out

So small a room with not even water provided. The upkeep of the room and ambience deteriorated , seems to me.

Very old building with rooms in dilapidated condition. Not worth for even rs 1000. Doors, windows etc are very bad shape and foul smell from that

The food served in the Breakfast id very good and they had variety of menu in the South Indian especially Keralite foods and the taste is very good. The property is also well maintained. The room allotted to me is the corner room which is just above the Bar and kitchen i.e., 204. SO i was suffered with the Kitchen smell and bar odor as well as noises.

The stay was pleasant. Staff were friendly. Excellent location. The museum, planetarium and zoo are well within a one kilometer radius.

Excellent service. Easy to locate.

Room maintenance poor. Unsatisfactory supervision. Complimentary breakfast was offered. But, quality of food and service was unsatisfactory.

The hotel is very descent and the staff is very good and respectful. I would definitely recommend this place and book it again if i visit trivandrum again

nice room qnd customer service

The hotel the service and the location is amazing. Staff was friendly, super helpful and always at your service. The only thing i wouldn’t recommend is the restaurant they got for food. Other than that it is all really good.
