Owner is rude and staff is watching up all the time please don't go baddest experience i ever had in my life

The room was dirty and the bathroom was terrible. Dirty bedsheets. And tv was not at all working. Waste of money. I had worst experience.

Nobody was maintaining any covid protocols.

No safety no social distancing no cleaning

Behavior of the staff was not good.

Hotel staff behaviour was very rude, rooms were very dirty and even basic facilities was not available.

Room was not ready after Long time waiting than a small room was selected for me. The room was dirty. Poor services.

Very poor stay in my life, not any cleanliness and not any guards, TV is not available.

The property owner was dishonest, tried to provide low category room. Later contacting your customer care representative provided better room, small but comparatively clean.

The actual room they are providing is different from the photo. The TV was not working. There is no shower in the bathroom. No cleanliness. Very poor facilities.

The room which they are given me (room no-205) is too bad quality and not good condition no cleanliness. Overall its horrible experience will never prefer for anyone.

Very unhygienic. Bedsheet is not clean at all. One bedsheet removes after 5/6 days as per the staffs saying.

Nice Hotel, good staff, daily cleaning

Hotel Pratap Inn is located at a good location and everything outside is easily accessible. The rooms are not well maintained, smells a bit and what's shown in company, it's actually different from it. There is no bell or intercom to connect with the reception or any service related person. The staff behavior is good, but not easily available from 2nd or 3rd floor. The laundry from which the bed sheets, pillow covers, towels etc are washed leaves a a stinky smell. The satins in the bed sheets, towels, pillow covers are still there and not at all replaced. There are very few rooms with closet and the walls of the rooms are dirty. A shot period of stay is okay, but not at all recommended for longer stay!

The water supply is the main issue of this hotel.
Very horrible experience with the Hotel Pratap Inn. I think company should delete this hotel name from your list. Its a bad hotel.
