Hotel is very nice & staff is very friendly , property location is very good for me it’s on the highway so it’s good for me.also the food and other services are best here. During a recent business trip, I had the pleasure of staying at hotel Pratima Heritage.The team at the front desk and the restaurant staff were exceptional always professional and friendly. The meals served were consistently high quality, with fresh ingredients and a variety of options. I especially appreciated the early breakfast service, which made it easy to stick to a tight schedule.

newly built property with good facilities...overall experience is good ..bathroom is very small as compared to room tariff...nice stay🙂

The hotel staff at reception were not offering the room which was booked and after deliberation they gave the correct room which was booked.
