NICE LOCATION. VERY NEAR TO THE BOTANICAL GARDEN AND OTHER TOURIST PLACES. STAFF IS VERY POLITE AND SUPPORTIVE. WE WOULD LIKE TO APPRECIATE Mr. SHIVANAND, THE RECEPTION MANAGER, FOR HIS COOPERATION. FOOD IS ALSO VERY DELICIOUS AND THE RATES ARE ALSO NOMINAL. WE ENJOYED OUR STAY.

Food is good...walkable distance to botanical garden....over all its good...

No lift upto 2nd floor. You have to climb up to 2nd floor & then take a lift. Service very poor. Rooms not good. Not worth the money paid.

Hotel rooms are very dirty and not properly cleaned, as per the price it’s is not worth. I suggest not to prefer

Location is good so also food. But no lift service from g/floor, stressful for sr. Citizens. Besides, we had a teribble experience at the time of check-out, when our members were detained at the reception and was alleged of broken stool at dressing table. In fact, the said stool in room no, 312 was never used. It is apparent that the stool was already broken and was not attended to change or repair. It was very unfortunate that they tried to level l the charge on the visitors who were over 65 years' old. However, the manager took a stock of the situation and let us leave the hotel. We never experienced such humiliation.

Hotel is excellent, clean, staffs are very cooperative. 18 years back i stayed in the same lodge.

Tv not working properly. Bed was not in good condition. Water facility should be available in each floor. Cost is high for the allotted room

Not bad, no lift service as we are senior citizens, even we stayed three days no house keeping, no change of towels etc.

First of all when i see a hotel online it shows very net and clean but actually when we checked-in it was in unpleasant condition the bedsheets were and duo covers was not good enough cleaned and the bathroom was in horrible condition then we have to pay more to get another room and the other room was also in same condition and the next day the breakfast was limited which wasn't mentioned on while booking also the food wasn't really good.

After entering the room found out that tv and telephone were not working and then after informing they repaired it in front of us. They should have checked all this before our arrival itself. Hot water facility is not available properly. They say it’s available 5-10 in the morning and 8-9 in the night but it’s hardly available during the mentioned time and also not that hot. Since ooty is a very cool place water should have been very hot and blankets should have been provided without us asking for it. Also, room service is very delayed. They come up after 2-3 calls only and if they don’t have any staff for room service then they don’t answer the calls and if they do answer they just say today no room service as there’s no staff available. The building structure is very confusing. In 6th floor the room number starts with 4 and there’s lift facility only from 2nd floor to the 6th floor. If your room is in 6th floor then you can use the lift to reach till 2nd floor only and after that you need to use the stairs to get to ground floor.

The rooms in the hotel were big and beautiful. But the downside is that the bathroom is not properly cleaned. Also, in my opinion, heaters are needed in the rooms as it is very cold here. Overall this hotel seems to be suitable for a middle class family.

Good accommodation and food also nice but not provide non veg it is better to provide non veg because tourists are came from different areas and different religious. It is better to provide food for all with delicious.

No proper parking parking is too away from hotel and no lift facility for all floors, they are not provide for complimentary bf, only single idli wada they given for complimentary

Hotel near to tourist places, but room maintenance not good, also we faced some issues with amenities, there is no 24/7 hot water availability, every time we need to call to reception to turn on the heater that is too wrose.

Very nice stay, near to centre, staff behaviour very good, restaurant is very good, food is very very nice.

Rooms no clean, bathroom flushes not working, breakfast is very bad, one idli, very small qty pongal.

Room allotted at the entry was not lookrative and the bushes are side-by the windows at thesecondfloor. They were little rigid for room change despite of room availability. Our stay was completely during weekdays and weekends. Overall not satisfactory as per the specifications. Need to be more attentive while allocating the rooms and brief discussion is required. My suggestion to visitors: please check the rooms before occupying. Thank you
