Its a money worth booking. Hotel location was great, and the best thing about the room was its outside view. Just open the window and you will have a pleasant and blessing view of TRIKOOT PARVAT. Must say it was an awesome stay for me and my family. We all had a comfortable stay at such a low cost. Will recommend others also to book this hotel.

As per the visit to the city of Katra, mainly for the Vaishno Devi darshan, I found the location of hotel perfect and the best part of it was the view of Maa Vaishno Devi Shrine was excellent and I lived with my family there for 2 days and I can say that my experience was awesome.

Hotel is centrally located and easy to locate. Good for a nights sleep. However due to power cut between 7am to 10 am you can not have hot water to take bath. Even the pick up and drop facility to banganga was missing.

The hotel is situated at a 5-10 minutes walk from main Katra. You can have early check-in if you need. Only one minus is that they don't have a lift, so if you have a room at 3rd/4th floor then you have to climb stairs.

The staff's hospitality was good. But the AC service provided did not work; their efforts to give generator supply is laudible. But their announcement regarding free pickup to Banganga was not honoured by them.

I don't know that why the rating for this hotel is so low but frankly speeking, the service is too best. Support staff, location, services. All were best. Thank you hotel prem for such a memorable moment.

It is a good hotel in little money not too much expensive. It's good for middle class. Cleaning and hotel service is average. For a middle class it's a good you can book this hotel. We enjoyed this hotel.

Electric Back up was not availabe, pick up & drop faclities were not available, toilet & room were not so cleaned. So I will tell it was not the value of money

I stay in the hotel for three nights everything is ok but food quality is very poor only Punjabi thali is good but other vegetables quality is so bad. Room was not cleaned by the attendant for next days. I think hotel service is not satisfactory. No, separate bed available in the hotel for child.

Hotel Prem International was an absolute disappointment. The staff wasvery rude, not letting us check into our room because we arrived a few hours earlier than check-in time, and even though the room was free. We had been travelling all night and they could see how shattered we were but were nonplussed and quite frankly utterly horrible. We had to sit in the reception area and eventually fell asleep there. Obviously this disgruntled them slightly as they suddenly had a room available. The room itself was infested by cockroaches and ants. The walls of the bedroom were peeling away and mouldy. The electrical sockets were sparking and dangerous, and the 'air cooling' when turned on smelt unbearably bad. The bathroom was filthy, there was faeces on the toilet seat and a variety of wildlife inhabiting the floors and walls. Overall, the location was suitable but we would never go back there or recommend this hotel to anyone. We feel completely ripped off.

we booked the hotel based on the reviews and stayed there for 1 day. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone. The positives for the hotel are: Friendly staff. Helped us with an early check-in and gave us all useful information for the place. Good room service. Can't comment on food as we did not order any. The negatives are: Rooms are infested with cockroaches. we could see, small cockroaches on bed, on floor, and in bathroom. The hotel is situated in the main market and hence you can hear the horns blaring all day long. Not recommended if you are looking for a peaceful stay. The entry to the hotel is a small passage in between big shops. Not a very welcome view. The rooms are quite old, the walls are dirty with finger marks, and old stains. It needs a repaint urgently for making the rooms inviting.

Location wise the hotel is quite ok but services was pathetic,intercom service was out of order and even after reporting 4 times it was not repaired,thus for having a cup of tea also i had to com down from 2nd floor to reception,even the reception manager was too casual in his approach,very poor experience.

The room was expensive compared with other hotels. There were cockroaches everywhere. Even after alerting the management, they were not able to do anything about it.
