Good staff behaviour, service, walkable distance from iit roorkee and worth for money. Bus stand also in front. Very happy with my stay for 3 days

Staff behavior is good and cooperative. Location is just in front of roorkee bus stand. But hotel in a gali and no indication board are there for help

If you want to get accomodation with less price go for it. People who have work in ii-tr and any other (two to three days, it was very nearer to that.

Room space is good. Old one, otherwise it is OK.
Cost is OK. Room space is good. Location i also good. Cleanliness to be improved. No one can understand English. Other than that, no issues.

Room environment was very bad. Also there was no cleaning of bed. No water supply. Rude behaviour of staff working in hotel

Room was not clean. In toilet, flash tank knob was in broken condition, not there and flash tank cover was not there. Wash basin tap was not working. No facility of hot water was not there. Bed and wall were in bad conditions and smelling very bad. Some where in walls were spotted. Dirty walls.
