It was a really nice experience. Property was neat and clean. The outdoor garden area was really good since my daughter enjoyed it a lot. Rooms and amenities are also good. The staff is also very polite and supportive. I'm happy to visit again on my next trip to matheran

Hotel premdeep is perfect for a day or 2 staycation, location is very near yo main points of matheran(charlotte lake and echo point, matheran market at walking distance. The rooms and lawn area is beautiful and perfect night ambiance with music and lights. The staff is polite, smart working and helpful. The good and beverages are a delight. All staff is hindu thank you for the pleasant stay

Comfortable stay. It is near from the sight seeing points and market. Magic shows and snacks in evening. Ac and net were working. It was a good thing that we combined all the meals in our booking as it was economical and food was very good.

Premdeep hotel can be easily reached from the matheran market. There is a small allay near masjid to reach the hotel. At the entrance of the hotel you will find a reception & a welcome drink. Hotel is lush green with open spaces & trees. Small children will love the swing & see saw in the hotel. Rooms were neat & clean & the staff were happy to help. Hotel is near to several points like khandala point & alexander point. It was worth staying at the hotel with every penny i spent there.

Excellent food. Clean and hygienic rooms, very good staff service. Premise is very close to market adds to advantage if with parents. Good for family. Nice ambience in evening.

Hotel premdeep is very good property to stay. Food was excellent. Service staff bhaskar n bark u were very helpful. Manager sudhir was also very supportive. Overall good experience.

It was wonderful stay in premdeep. Room was neat and clean. Good atmosphere. Clean and safe. Food was tasty and of good quality. Staffs were also supportive and humble. Over all its a good experience.

The stay was very peaceful, and refreshment, along with the evening music, was wonderful. The staff was also very nice and supportive. The location is really good, and the room is clean and nice. The food is delicious. Overall, it's a 5-star service and hospitality.

Nice vibes, lighting, location was close to market too. They had warm water, and the staff was respectful too. In the night they organized a magic show from an artist from telengana, it was nice, i hope they keep on doing it. Will def stay here if i come to matheran again.
