We are shocked by your false review. The booking was made in your name, yet you insisted we allot the room to your friend without updating the voucher. As per MMT/corporate rules, the guest’s name must match the booking. Ignoring our guidance, you refused to follow procedure, which would have been illegal and unethical for us to bypass. Your own company understood our explanation, but instead of doing the right thing, you argued, threatened staff, and then posted a misleading review. You even claimed you’ll stop your corporate bookings—such threats mean nothing. If you had simply cancelled and rebooked in the correct name, there would be no issue. Our staff acted lawfully and professionally; you tried to misuse the system and then blamed us.

When we entered the lizard in the room, we came after outside work again lizard No basic things given at property like toothpaste, brush and shampoo.not recommended

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused during your stay. Regarding the lizard issue, please be assured that it was immediately removed from the room when reported. As we are a budget hotel located in a small city, we do not provide certain basic amenities like toothpaste, toothbrush, and shampoo by default. However, whenever requested, we arrange these items by purchasing them from outside shops and delivering them to the room (at the applicable cost). We regret the discomfort you faced and thank you for your feedback, which helps us improve our services.

I have been visiting this hotel frequently for the last 8 months and found the location very fisiable as it's near to the highway. The dedicated parking adds value to the place. The restaurant is clean and the food is very nice. The service is nice and the staff is very help ful. However the hotel management has to take some steps to improve the overall experience by replacing old blankets (as most of them were had holes) towels were smelling. The super deluxe room should have small fridge. Also the room lighting needs to be improved. Overall its an average experience to stay in this hotel.

The hotel is located near the highway and has ample space for parking. The food is very delicious and the restaurant was clean. The staff is very nice and cooperative. But the management needs to work more on the small things like the blankets were untidy and the same was towels. Room lighting needs to be improved as considering the super deluxe room size the current lights are not enough.

Had a chance to stay @ hotel premier, bhusawal. It was an average experience, struggled all 3 days for a/c functioning but didn't received any resolution from hotel staff. One entire night passed without any cooling effect in the ambient of 30 degrees and above. Positive side, staff were polite and supportive, food taste was good. Overall experience is average
