Friendly staff, good location but the rooms are smaller than whatever is shown in the mm t app. A mild foul smell is present as soon as we enter the room.

Hotel is maintained good cleanines, but i didn't receive detailed gst invoice from hotel. And food cost is little bit high than regular market.

Overall experience was ok. Bathroom was not clean when i checkin. I asked multiple time for cleaning after that they cleaned. Breakfast option was not good. You can get better breakfast from outside.

Ac was not working, not water in bathroom till 9. 30 am, no drinking water in the room, no kettle, and room hygiene was very poor. First time such a bad experience after booking through. Make my trip. Such accommodation should not be on your panel. It gives a bad name.

No delux room available in hotel, room is charged double in booking, no shower gel no shampoo, no exhaust fan in washroom, mosquitoes in room, no dish connection on tv works, no telephone service available in room.

Bathroom was stinking and no proper response for breakfast. They have given by 11 am and no cleanliness in washroom and cigarette pieces were all over in bathroom dustbin. Overall bad experience. Nothing more. Please suggest them to keep rooms and washroom clean

No toiletries, no kettle. I had to ask for everything separately. Tv was not working. I had added breakfast in my package for which the approx charge was rs. 200 but they had no options to choose from in breakfast just served poha and mayo bread without giving tue guests any other options. I also order lunch from their restaurant but it was also of a bad quality and taste. Though the staff was polite and responded well in time to our complaints but the hotel amenities were bad.
