it was a great stay , in the center of the city , staff was also very nice..........................

It was not as good as it show very unhygienic it is.The rooms were not as shown in picture moreover breakfast have same item daily and it’s tasteless

The worst experience in my life for this hotel is that they are not recognised I am also a customer when from entry no welcome also I have to call to every service even though my room was not ready ..... bad experience

Food is terrible ..very bad quality and there is lot of smell in the rooms and lack of cleanliness , can you please help upgrade to a new hotel ??

near too busy stand,, easy to grab by auto rickshaw,, highly recommend to stay in near by area, big entrance

There are many issues with them. Poor service. Food is very low quality, not hygiene food. Room not clean properly.

Cleanliness and quality of furniture is bad. Unhygienic. The food quality is just about average. The look and feel of the reception and general premises is shabby

There was no central heating in the room ans it was terribly cold. Upon request, they provided just a small heater which made no difference. The mattress on the bed was very thin and not comfortable as per price. Also, the towels they gave me had stains on it so i got it changed. They didnt provide breakfast early but anyway i had to pay for it

I was traveling to Hoshiarpur with my wife and kid to attend a wedding and stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Initially, I was a bit worried after reading some negative comments online, but to my surprise, all those concerns were unfounded. The staff members were polite and well-behaved. The check-in process was seamless, and the hotel provides parking for guests with 24-hour security keeping a watchful eye. Our bags were handled efficiently by the staff. The hotel has a lift, and our room was spacious, super clean, and well-maintained. The washroom was also clean and tidy. Though a few amenities were missing, we could easily request them from the front desk. Hot water was available 24/7. During our stay, I asked the housekeeping staff to clean the room five times, and they always did so promptly and professionally. Room service was efficient and quick. The complimentary breakfast was enjoyable, with the menu changing daily, which added variety. Overall, it was a very good stay. I would recommend others not to trust the negative comments online, as I didn’t face any of the issues mentioned there.

Room no 130 allotted to me is quite old. Mattress spring is can't sustain weight which resulting uncomfortable sleep. No tee tea kit in room. No toiletry except soap and clinic plus shampoo pouch. Cleanness is also poir

place and location is so nice rooms are small and bed is also mini bed for two persons only ac and amenities fine but breakfast is very bad no one cares about guest if you want to eat u can ask otherwise no one cares

Booked a presidency suit (2 rooms) for 3 nights. The rooms were fine. However, the items listed for presidency suit per room were not available. The basics like drinking water, coffee stirrer were also not there and were provided on multiple reminders. Also, the so called buffet had no options apart from sandwiches and paratha. On complaining to the property manager, they agreed to provide the options for the breakfast from next day and said whatever we will order, it will be done. The service is very slow and not worth the amount you pay. The same would have been fine if the charges for the room would have been around 2000. Taking money like a 5 star hotel and not providing anything is not at all acceptable. Half of the time went in fighting for the things and the service.

The food quality is good with proper service, room stay was quite and peaceful without compramise on your privacy. I felt the same as i do feel at home. Excellent

According to the rating or price rate the hotel experience is not good even washroom bucket is not clean and toilet is also not so clean they don’t have even tea complimentary .even room space is small
