Nice atmosphere, great staff, great support. When i went there at 10 am, the staff told me to check in at 1 pm. But within 10 minutes they provided room and supported well.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The stay was very nice and the amount of trouble was the least. The staff was satisfactory. The room was spacious and clean. The washroom, as well as the entire hotel, is clean. The room had all the things we required. The only minus point for the hotel is the AC in our room. The AC was centralized and we could not control it. Apart from that, all is well in this hotel.

I found the property in make my trip in the room ac control remote not avaliable. Cooling is inadequate i have asked to increase the cooling of the room, front desk pupil says it's fully centralized it can't do sing person. This is little bit disappointed for me

The diwan coat was very bad with waste cover on it, something that remains from old customer. The taps are very old and not properly closing. Toilet shuts spray was not really working. Will do from next time.

The toilet shower pipe was not working properly and hotel people asked for extra payment for pool usage. First time experiencing like this.

Standard rooms are equal to lodge rooms. Very dirty and old interior. Coral isle standard rooms are far better. I would definitely not suggest the hotel to anyone.
