Stay was comfortable. Good staff assistance specially mr. Sudip. Hygienic & tasty food. Rooms were clean and tidy, overall excellent stay & service.

All the staff is very polite and co operative. location of the hotel is very convenient. nearest to company area. walking distance from bus stop and auto stand. room was very hygienic. moreover every facility is provided by hotel staff. food was very tasty and hygienic. I will recommend this hotel for corporate groups & families too.

Bedsheets, pillow covers were dirty, no hand soap in bathroom, no glasses for drinking water though water jar was available.

Rude manager will not honor rate and breakfast

When we arrived the manager told us he will not give breakfast even when the booking said breakfast included he just cancel-led the reservation after us arguing and calling customer support did honor the reservation was very rude and short. Office smelled like kitchen with no vents in kitchen and strong food smell just made unbearable to breathe not a very nicely run hotel will never go back stay away
