The service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff member who delivered my order was polite, professional, and attentive to detail. The food arrived promptly, was beautifully presented, and tasted delicious. It was evident that great care had been taken to ensure everything met high standards. A very nice hotel and the best thing is the staff are very good especially the person who is sitting in reception. My wife lost her bag and fortunately i booked the taxi from the hotel and got my bag back within 30 minutes with everything as it is. Special thanks to par-deep thakur our tour person.

It was such a comfort stay. Hotel stuffs were also very good. Room and toilet were clean and the outside view was good. Hotel is also near to mall road. Food was expensive and i wish that the room had a balcony. Overall i am satisfied.

What i read, through comments, about the hotel at makemytrip is correct. The food quality is good and staff is very cooperative. However, there is no separate parking by the hotel. You can park your car in the paid parking nearby.
