I travel-led with my mom who is 75 years old. We were on the road and travel-led from agra to jalandhar and took night halt at half way mark before leaving for dalhousie next day. The road leading to the hotel was very good, near to nh 44. The hotel staff was helpful and accommodating. The lift was operational. The best room was allocated to us. The housekeeping services were very good. Good food but on the expensive side of price from the inhouse restaurant. The daily refill of tea/coffee was on time. The hotel has a power backup too. The rooms were neat and clean with a well maintained washroom, with centralised hot water in the washroom and air-conditioning in the rooms. The washroom had shampoos, conditioners, shower gel, soaps with dental kits in them.
