As a business traveler, I was appalled by the complete lack of hygiene and professional service during my stay at Hotel Prince B. My experience was unacceptable from the moment I entered the room.
Upon check-in, it was immediately clear the room had not been properly cleaned.
Poor Hygiene: I discovered hair from the previous guest on the bed and bed linens. Furthermore, the bed sheets and pillows were clearly not fresh; they appeared unlaundered and had not been changed for a significant time.
Non-Functional Amenities: The television in the room was also broken and non-functional.
Failed Service Request: I had paid an additional fee for an extra bed and began requesting it in the morning. Despite multiple follow-ups throughout the day, the item was not delivered until 9:45 PM.
Substandard Product: Instead of the paid-for bed, staff provided an extremely thin, dirty, and cheap-looking mattress. The pillows provided were similarly unusable, measuring only about two inches thick.
Unprofessional Staff: The staff member who finally delivered the item simply dropped the dirty mattress on the side of the room and left without a word.
This level of service and cleanliness is completely unacceptable for any hotel, especially for a business traveler paying for a professional standard.
