I was at pritika hotel from 3rd october to 5th october and my experience was great. The rooms are big enough with all facilities and also the room service is very prompt. Over all a very good experince

Room decoration is not enough for this cost

Hotel good but hospitality is questionable. The staffs still to be professional in terms. No welcome no farewell mother clear on terms.

It was so rooms renovated and good and decent looking with all modern amenities but staffs are backdated and non professional the management should have better start to protect further.

Terrible experience. Proper lock was not provided for door, no fan, ac not working properly, cushion of bed was not comfortable at all. Didn't able to sleep at night very terrible experience

Wrong room provided

They downgrade us and steal our money. Customer pays for the room image shown, which they will not provide you. Get ready to stay in dingy congested room, that is unclean, noisy and not worth your money. Most unprofessional staff of any hotel.

Hotel cheated us

We booked a deluxe room for 2 nights. They allotted us standard room instead, after telling us that the images are inaccurate and the 'deluxe category' does not exist. We found out later that they do have better rooms but that they had downgraded us on purpose. When mentioned to the staff, they were very unprofessional about it and did not even refund the rupees extra we paid for the deluxe category. For trying to make small profit, they are cheating their customers. Beware. Do not waste your money here, book somewhere else instead as they will provide you a different room than the images shown. Rowdy staff, unclean hotel and horrible food. No respect for customers.
