Overall good but cleanliness was not good floor was not clean there was dust also washroom toilet was broken

Newel y built hotal situated on 2nd floor. Rooms & washroom is neat and clean. Very polite and cooperative staff. Easy connectivity of local buses and cabs. They will only have tea & coffee at hotal & you will find good restaurants nearby for food. Overall experience is good. Highly recommended for everyone.

Bedsheets werent properly cleaned. A wall had cracks also. Gutka (tobacco) stains were there on the wall. Dont disclose my identity

Booked on an urgent basis. Though initial reply from hotel management was cold and irresponsible (as if they don't guarantee my stay in their hotel for the money i spent on the room, got the stay at the end. Shouldn't be considered as a choice for planned trips (solo or with family.
