well, firstly the good side..1. the location , in proper city, equidistant from both sides of purulia; 2. the behaviour of the staffs & their quick and constant attendance to our calls ; 3. the food, the food is highly recommended from the hotel itself, moreover they have a cafe on the rooftop, you can try for snacks if you wish, 4. the pricing is quite in range, much more affordable than the contemporary ones. Not to mention the bad side, but one constructive criticism is that the deluxe room was perfect, but the normal rooms need a lil bit more care and maintenance , they should not be neglected in the hygiene part, the washrooms are good, there are geysers, it can be better tho..still I'd recommend this to anyone who are willing to come, in this price this is more than enough, 4/5 easily..I'll visit again someday...Wishing the best ✨️

Good Stay
Had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and spacious, the washroom was clean and organized as well. Food was good. There was one minor inconvenience: no charging ports near the bed. Had a nice stay overall.

Poor Stay
The property is not at all good compare to the price. They don't even provide complementary drinking water. The blanket is dirty and having bad smell.

Worst hotel in purulia
businessNo water in bathroom. Doors not locking properly from outside when leaving the room as the locks are worn out. Lunch not available due to shortage of kitchen staffs. Misbehaved staffs specially waiters and the manager.

A very nice hotel and room. Staffs behaviour is also very polite. Has there own parking spot. Restaurant available after 5 pm.

Good Stay
Excellent stay and good food quality. A little far from purulia station but you can easily arrange a toto or a car from the hotel for sightseeing. The hospitality and the cleanliness, both are good.

The hotel is good and so it’s staff, all are well behaved, and the food was also good. The only problem i faced, was it’s location, it’s quite remote and the distance from railway station to the hotel is quite a lot, at night time it’s quite hard to travel to the hotel, that’s the only problem i faced, otherwise my stay at purulia inn was fantastic.
