Hotel manegment is so bad and. I include breakfast worth 800 rp hotel give meh 40 rp breakfast.. so bad facilities

Hi-tel owners do not co operate if we book on make my trip because they get less profit. On the whole stay was good. They collected full day charges for 3 to 4 hrs extra stay.

The room could have been a bit bigger as for 2 person it was very difficult to change and stay comfortable and fans were not properly installed. Rest ok

Wrong description that it is near to railway station but it is not near to railway station and location is bad

Fraud hotel denied booking. Owner will start to recite fake stories

Rooms are very conjusted with no wardrobe no ventilation in rooms at all. No food at hotel but food can be explored just outside on walking distance. Will not suggest to book if price ranges above 1100.

Room size is very small against specified room size. Specified 135 sq ft against available size of 32 sqft ( 8 x 4 room size )
