Amazing stay , amazing palace

It was a good, clean and well maintained room, good service.

very suffocating room with very poor quality of hygiene, almira also very dirty , no room service are available

There was not good experience. because room was not clean, ac and tv were not working properly. room service was good, hotel's staff was also polite. Available food was also delicious and at reasonable price . But condition of room was not good because it was very small and no ventilation was there.

Staff behavior is very humble and room mattress is very cozy and comfortable and last service is on time thanks to queens hub staff 😇

Many things in the room were damaged, There was a lot of bad smell in the room. cockroaches in the room and bugs in the wardrobe.

no window nothing not even an exhaust fan in the room it's not good suffocation cleanliness and hygiene should be maintained

I stayed at Hotel Queen Hub for one night, my experience was fine but the room was not hygienic, a lot of cockroaches were roaming in the room and there was a lot of dust in the room.

Rooms were decent..staff was good and the service was fast..all over it was a good stay at queens hub

The room was not maintained and very unhygienic and there was no lock in bathroom's door outside we sleep it smell stink

I booked triple occupancy room with breakfast. When we reach hotel, first reception staff to refuse triple occupancy room after discussion and showing booking details they provide us the room. But refuse to provide breakfast. Manager told that it was fault of mm t that they booked your breakfast. We don't provide breakfast in such rates. Lift is also not working in that hotel for first floor. Staff behaviour is worst what i feel.

It was a good stay. The place and facility is fine. Staff is little messy he took 20 minutes for the check-in process. Rest all good in this cost.

Dirty place can't sleep, used bed sheet and blanket and also there is no light in the light operation out side and some can switch on and off

The rooms were not clean and it was disturbing too. Pegions were disturbing i could not sleep the whole night. The door handle was also damaged i hurt my finger. Rooms were very small. Ac was not working properly. I would not recommend anyone to this hotel. Worst experience ever.

Bathroom fittings are not working properly. Room is not so spacious. Staff is good and cooperative.

Good looking ambience and good services are there in the hotel but food is too costly
