I was really really amazed with the way hotel staff respected n welcomed us they were so humble, down to earth. Firstly i wasn't sure about the property but than after staying i can surely say it its better thin 5 star properties thank you so much for the warm welcome

1. The receptionist had not any information abut my booking. She kept me in waiting for 15 minutes. 2. No room service. 3. No lunch or dinner facility in the hotel. 4. Room condition was very bad. Sofa was very dirty. It seems that was not cleaned for years 5. Not recommended for booking. 6. I had to check out immediately due to such a pathetic condition of room and hotel with a loss of my money.
