Worker pro-ply good responding and room are full clean hot water and cold water also available 24 hours it's good for rachna residency

The stay was very good. The hotel was easy to find and the check-in process was very smooth. The room was very clean and the staff was cooperative and helpful. Overall experience was very good.

Its just 2 minutes walk from shivaji nagar station. There's wine shop and bar at ground floor. Because of that there's always people drinking on bike or stairs and everywhere. Not a place to take family because of ground floor condition. Rooms are average. Tea or coffee in the morning is complementary. No hot water, they say it's there, but it is not.

There was no wifi in the room, though in the amenities it was mentioned. The hotel is under construction, so there was a lot of disturbance. The person who was at the counter was very hostile on the first day. The hotel is above a bar, which is not suited for family. Also, the location mentioned in the app, is not correct, it's a different location.

No lights in the bathroom. Bed sheets were not clean. Soap and towel was not provided. When asked got excuses like laundry did not come yet. After asking harshly they have provided with towel and soap

Worst expirince this hotel no what-er in toilet room all-so not cleand i pay 1200 this price not worrh this hotel one uncle is there in reception he is horrible porson not talking properly staff so overall very bad hotel

There is no Proper Room Cleaning, also there were rats in the bathroom. The bed sheet is not clean.

"staying at hotel rachna was a regrettable experience. Despite high hopes, the reality was starkly different. The amenities were subpar, the rooms unclean, and the service indifferent at best. It lacked the warmth and attention to detail expected from a hospitality establishment. Overall, it was a disappointing stay that i wouldn't recommend"

Lights were not working in the room. Mirror was broken. The washroom window was broken. The washroom was not cleaned.
