The condtion of the room was terrible. The shower fell on my head. No locks were working and it was very problematic. The location was highly unsafe for women travelling. As mmt showed that the hotel was full but there was no one in the hotel and all male staff. All wromg information was provided. Lift will start without the doors closed. It was very unsafe for everyone travellling with me
