Well the hotelier was quite helpful but the bathroom facilities were not up to the mark, make my trip did help us out with the trouble we faced. The hotelier tried to mend the changes as per our requirement. The staff made sure we didn't face any trouble further. Expecting excellent services in the coming future

No hygiene maintenance, food is also not good, dirty bedsheets, dirty pillows, overall a very bad experience.

Horrible stay. Dirty room, bad, bathroom. Every thing was terrible and non supportive staff. I have paid approx 6800 per day but room was looking like a dharmshala room. Poor and dirty. Very small. In size no view. I think why make my trip show this type of hotel.

This is not a hotel it's a lodge. The whole building is just converted into different rooms and arranged. i didn't expect this type of rooms. Very disappointing. And on top of that hotel staff called and requested to cancel the booking since there place was booked and no rooms were available. That itself ruined my peace of mind.

In the hotel there must be a cleaned room, toilet, these are common requirements for the hotel, then there must be one towel, soap, running tv with remote, but here nothing like these, while asking for tv they are saying connection is broken in the city but i know that is the only excuse.

The hotel name is hote radhika palace right and there is nothing like palace and it was very bad stay in my whole life till now and i pay with tax for this room in mount abu the room is very third class

Washroom was literally pathetic. Clogging in wash basin, toilet is not neat and clean very small and clumsy. One can adjust any where if washroom is not good it's not a better place. Apart from that -location of hotel is very good -car parking is available. -staff are helpful in providing in activa @250 per day means(8 to 7pm) -keep petrol in handy with bottle as maximum 1. 5litter is enough for roaming one day from guru sikhar point and near by sightseeing and again back to hotel. - non veg lovers you will get good food around the streets of abu. Abu rabdi with gulab jamun is definitely try

Dusty floor with un-maintained paint, bedsheet, washroom and furniture. I paid ₹ where it can be like Dharmshala and cost must be ₹250 or ₹450 max. Food was okay.
