Review Of Hotel radhika Palace

Good Hotel, Great restaurant. However, due to some reason the hotel staff were not very motivated to help - For example, nobody came forward to help us with our bags as soon as we arrived. There were no lyft in this hotel. So, when I started walking up the stairs, the manager who sits on the first floor asked someone to help me. The same manager saw me walking down with my bags during check out and never asked anyone to help. Multiple people started knocking our door right after 12 noon while we had requested for a late check out of 1pm and they had agreed to it. When I asked about it, we were told that the shift changed and the previous shift didn't communicate. Front desk staff remained grumpy once we complained about it. The trash can wasn't emptied, they forgot to keep complimentary water bottle in one of our rooms and We had to get the stained sheets and pillow covers changed etc. On the positive side - The suite rooms were spacious, the AC worked. Restaurant staff were good. Food was good (We recommend Basundi there). There were no hot water in the morning around 6am, but the staff was willing to give us hot water in a bucket etc. There were frequent electricity outages through out the evening, but the staff did their best to keep some of the lights on with inverters etc .. Overall it was an okay experience. its probably a 3.5'ish type

Very worst housekeeping, No water at the time of check in, No AC even pay for it. dirty hotel. Not refunded . The overall experience is horrible. Not recommended at all.

Good Cleaness and Ventilation Vechile parking available but Room Service is low Breakfat not Available

very bad ,2 hours there was no light i was in dark ,Also no intercom working have call on mobile ,room lock was not working ,,room service was very bad ,i just ask breakfast waiter was waiting for payment ,i sayed him my meeting going on pl came after few min but he stay in my room ,,,it was very bad ,,my executive boss was with meeting i feel very bad , so many things are there but shortly i express

Rooms were not clean. Ac did not work. Tv did not have any remote. Bedsheet was untidy. And they were giving rooms at much lesser price than I paid on MakeMyTrip.

It was nice staying in hotel, staff was supportive and all facilities were available. We look to visit again.

Location is good and accessible. Parking is besides the hotel. Rooms are not clean, shower is nonfunctional. Hot water not available most of the times. Food is average.

No lift we have to carry luggage to second floor. Food in the restaurant is good. Location is dirty.

Fantastic rooms, excellent decor, ambience is top notch. Restaurant & food is of the best quality i had in a long time. To top it off, staff & management are very welcoming & cooperative to your needs. I'll recommend anyone & everyone to stay here if they're ever in parbhani.

Drains were clogged, we faced locking the door, there was no breakfast available in the restaurant.

The rooms are not maintained. There is a broken mug in the washroom, dirty washroom and walls. Broken exhaust window glasses. The ceiling is coming off at many places, and overall not at all a experience worth referring to someone else. No escalator in the property which is a nightmare for people who have heavy luggages and gets room in 2nd floor. They didn't even gave a water bottle through we have taken for 2 days booking. Definitely not a service oriented. Will i stay again ? only if i don't have any other option. Otherwise i will avoid.

The hotel location is very good. The cleanliness is good. Hot water is available on demand in bucket. Being your own towels as towel's availability is limited. Toilets exhaust fan was missing. Overall okay, value for money.

Hotel was so so, average, not neat & clean

Bathroom not clean, shower not working, toilet too dirty, ac not working, hot water issue, bed sheets dirty

Bed was broken. Washroom was not good.
