My stay was comfortable rooms are neat and clean. Staff is polite and professional. Location is good as it is adjacent to railway station so access to public transport is good. Only thing they need to work on is breakfast menu however food is good.

Wonderful experience. Good location, good environment, delicious food and very helpful and polite staff. Specially customer relationship manage ms. Anita tandon is very kind and host the guest like her home. I travel-led many cities but i never seen this kind of neat and clean rooms near railway station hotels

Radiance hotel is one of the best in bareilly. Most convenient location ( the guard makes the parking in such busy location very easy) and one of the best service staff. Mr rink u chauhan and other staff is always willing to help and provide great service. The food options are good and the breakfast buffet is perfect value for money.
