Peaceful and Memorable Stay

Nice Hotel with great hospitality. Calm and peaceful environment. The garden was very good. The staff was good. Atm within with hotel was the thing I was looking for. The parking space was very big. Overall my experience with Hotel Rahi was Memorable.

The hotel rooms are good, the hotel is small but beautiful among hotels in Neural. The hotel staff is very good hear ted and good in service. We liked our stay there, it was memorable experience for us and the owner is very nice person.

It’s very nice to stay, rooms are clean and well maintained. All staff were very polite and helpful .. Want to visit once again .. We were happy with everything .. Good location. Near to neural station .. In short we had a great weekend

Best location at Neral

The Hotel is located at the best place in Neral. Just in front of the Neral Matheran taxi stand. Neral Station is at stone throwing distance. Tv was not working. Water was soaking inside the room during heavy rain.

I did not expect such a good hotel by looking at the pictures posted! Excellent hospitality and awesome service by the hotel guys. The owner Abdul was very nice gentleman and humble. They provide us peompt services whenever we needed. They have a huge and secure parking facility. I am very satisfied with the hotel.

All the services provided was quick. In-house restaurant food was also good. The AC was also functioning properly. They need to provide hot water service. Only water service was not up-to mark. Overall good experience.

No food available at the hotel. one has to bring from outside. No Wi-fi available. No room service at all.
The hotel was near a big cannel (naala).

The room conditions is not so good. Bathroom was not clean and furniture was also not clean, it was dusty more. Please, do clean that place services was good. Location is very good and over all we can say good.

Everything was Good Service, faculties, they were helpful. MMT charged a lot for this room. Near by hotels Wer much more cheaper ... Every time I booked from MMT I get costly hotels. It's better to book directly

Near railway station but dirty room

1st given room was not having latch.. Unduly we got shifted to room.. Were AC was working only half intervals. Bathroom was stinking too bad.. Even.. Tap was not serviced properly.. Entire time.. Water leakage plus combination of train engine sound.. Breakfast was included however upon asking he told that I am not aware... So overall... Only location was good.

I was looking for budget booking and I found it worth. It's not near Matheran but just in front of Rahi, you'll find transportation to Matheran. Nice hotels around there. In total, you are OK there for the money you've spent. Don't look for more activities. Nothing much. No gym, no pool but you are OK with the privacy. That's a better thing.

Bad not good to stay didn't like it. Door lock was not working.
Very dirty bed sheets and pillow covers.

Near Railway station

Facility was OK room service are quite helpful. Room has AC which works properly but in cold atmosphere it was useless. The room was quite clean but the swiches of electric boards are direct most of the gadgets were on the single button. Which was quite uncomfortable.

This hotel is located near a gutter line which stinks badly in rooms. Hotel is just opposite of a Railway station which makes the location very noisy. The rooms were not clean and it was stinking very badly. Furniture was broken and there were requirements of plumbing work in the bathroom as there was leakages in it.

Hotel rahi was average hotel. TV was not working they provide towels and all on extra charges, there is no room service, if you want to order something you need go down at reception and order. Budget wise it is OK... Otherwise I won't prefer... To stay. And it is not in Matheran it is exactly a 100 meters away from neural station...

Poor rooms and services

Hotel was 12 km away from Matheran. There were mosquitoes and cockroaches in the room. Bathroom was very dirty. Service was very poor. I would like to suggest before doing the contract with any hotels please visit at least once then thereafter recommend to your customers otherwise you will lose trust with customers.
