Review Of Hotel Rahi Plaza

I had a fantastic stay at this Rahi Plaza hotel, enjoying its prime location, delicious food, and excellent amenities. The friendly staff and top-notch service made the experience truly memorable. The room was comfortable, with a cozy bed and all the amenities I needed. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist. I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, and the hotel's location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at rahi plaza in mahabaleshwar. The experience was incredibly disappointing, starting with the room issue we previously discussed. In addition, i encountered the following problems: * unhygienic room conditions: the room was not cleaned properly, as it was handed over to us directly from previous guests. It was filled with a foul odor, mosquitoes, and spiders, as evidenced by the attached photos. * inadequate bedding: given the small room size and our family with children, we requested an extra bed. However, the provided bedsheet and bed were of very poor quality, as shown in the attached photo. * hot water restrictions: we were informed that hot water would only be available between 6 am and 9 am, a fact not mentioned during the booking process. Such a restriction is unacceptable for a hotel room, especially considering the cold weather in mahabaleshwar. Overall, these issues resulted in a completely wasted two-day stay. I expect someone to take responsibility for this disappointing experience.

Best part is location. It's in mahabaleshwar market. Also staff and hotel is very nice

There is person named ram, gives good service and is very receptive of reviews be it good or bad. The property is very close to the mahabaleshwar main market infact part of it. Rooms are clean. Worth it as per price.

Everything in this hotel was a bad experience right from bed sheet to food. 1) check in process was fast. 2)Rooms are in bad condition. Bed sheets were dirty, smelling, and having stains on them. 4)Food was worst. 5)Although hotel staff is helpful. 6)Hotel is far away from market but near to mapro garden. 7)No privacy in the rooms, you can hear each and every word clearly from the next room. 8)No WiFi signal in the rooms. 9)Not worth the price

Hotel rooms are not clean. Bathroom is very bad. It is not worth for so much money. Front desk guy's behavior was not good, who allocated rooms. I will not recommend my friends or relatives for this hotel.

Location is prime near in market breakfast quality is so good room service is also good I have spend my romantic time in this hotel but parking is not available in hotel parking problem because hotel in market area.

Pathetic hotel with no parking facility and no internet. Cleanliness, service, food quality everything was worst. Drinking water was not available. We booked for 2 nights there but cleaning was not done even a single time. I will never suggest anyone to book this hotel.

Rooms are worst, very poor quality. Services are very very poor. No hot water. No drinking water. Waste of money. Only food available and average quality is there. They should first renuate hotel first then and then open for people. Worst very low budget.

The hotel is a complete waste of money. The staff has no hospitality, the rooms are gloomy an un-kept. Went for the best room of the hotel because of tripadvisor review. But it seems they have false reviews. Worst quality food and child labour makes it worse.
