Property location is superb but Room Size and facilities are Worst in this terrif.Must be improved Ac was not working properly also

Location of the hotel is in convenient place. Talking about amenities and services, room given to me is very small and find it very difficult to accommodate 3 members family. Not of my expectation with respect to rent

The room is not spacious . Terrif is too much . Toilet not hygienic . I think Make my trip is responsible for this horrible experience

Cost and Services was not matching. Hotel was directly giving room at a price of 2.50 to 3k. Property was not as per photos available on the website.

i had stayed there for two days. Staffs were cooperative. Location is good and it is nearer to famous Kashi vishwanath temple. Food is good. Overall I am satisfied

due to mahakubh rush no hotel is available at that time in varanasi due to that they charge 5 star rent per night hope now they can give 1000 rs per room

On a family visit here for 3 nights, stayed in this over-hyped hotel in kashi. We paid about rs. 10000 per night incl comp b/f. Room and bathroom quality average. Comp b/f was good but team lacks hygiene in dining room. Approach is bad, you enter hotel thru a barber shop at entry. Kucha road to the reception. Overall, better hotels may be available at this cost (not avlble when we booked due to rush. My rating of the hotel is 2/5.

I am very happy and impressed with my stay. Rahil palace hotel is located centrally. The Food is excellent. The Management and staff are extremely courteous and helpful. Specially Mr.Maneesh, Mr. Manoj and Mt.Nageshwat

It was beautiful place to stay and had homely atmosphere.

This hotel is a complete fraud. Rishabh from the reception misled me throughout the booking process. He assured me that extra beds could be added to the rooms and even convinced me to book premium rooms, claiming they would have enough space for the extra beds. Despite confirming this multiple times over the last three days and agreeing to pay for the extra beds, he refused to provide them upon the guests’ arrival. Not only did he fail to honor his commitment, but he also downgraded us to smaller rooms instead of giving the big rooms that we had booked. This is blatant fraud and deception. I expect makemytrip to take strict action against rishabh and the hotel for their dishonest practices.

Nice and clean rooms. Staff is extremely supportive. They have their own restaurant also. Another best part is its near Keshav pan bhandar

It was a good comfortable stay, rooms and washrooms were clean. Entrance of the hotel is not good due to rope way work is going on it is 2 kms from the kashi vishwanath temple and 3 kms from railway station. But it is overpriced.

Finding the hotel was a bit challenging, as you need to navigate through a narrow passage between shops to reach it. The rooms are quite small and could be more spacious for comfort. Additionally, the geysers weren’t working properly, which was inconvenient. On the positive side, the staff was courteous and helpful throughout our stay. The food served was delicious and exceeded expectations. The location is a major plus—it’s well-connected, and transportation is easily available at any time to explore Varanasi. Overall, it’s a decent stay if you prioritize location and food over room size and amenities.

Stayed there for three nights, firstly the location is not described completely, you have to go through a narrow passage between the shops to find this beyond a big pillar that half covers the entry gate. The food was good and the staff was also accommodating. The geyser was not working properly, and the rooms were a little smaller than seen in the image. The location of the hotel is good, you get transportation for everywhere from this point. Overall, some good and some bad points about the hotel.

Room is very small location is good, food is average, amenities is poor service is very poor, no parking space no buphe for breakfast. No value for money.
